15 Min Consultation

Guidance & Inspiration

With an initial consultation, a therapist will have a short meeting with a potential client to determine if the therapist is a good fit. Consultations are generally informal, but a chance to get to know each other. The therapist will get the chance to hear the clients' presenting problem, and determine if they feel they can competently treat you. No real therapy takes place in this consultation; the real therapeutic work starts in the first full session.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy allows the therapist and client to focus on presenting issues, build rapport, and work together to create a treatment plan. There are many benefits that come from relationship counseling. While working with a relationship counselor, you and your partner are able to explore your relationship as a whole. Partners are given a safe space to explore behavior patterns of both the couple and the individual. By talking through our issues or concerns, we better understand ourselves, and our partner. This type of counseling helps couples to explore, recognize, and resolves conflicts in an effort to improve your relationship and interactions with each other.

Adolescent/Teen Counseling

Personalized Care and Guidance

Adolescent/Teen counseling is aimed at young people. Are youth are known to be troubled with emotional problems, mental health issues, substance abuse problems, stress, bullying, relationship difficulties, or traumatic experiences. We aim to help them make sense of their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts; while being treated with empathy, dignity, and respect.
