Fully licensed as an LMHC, and a Board Certified Tele-health Counselor. I’ve been successfully providing therapy throughout the State of Florida for over 8 years.  My specialties include feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and/or relationship issues. Maybe you are just feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands; my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. My services are fully on-line through a private, secure, and HIPPA compliant portal.

Is on-line counseling for me? If you have ever called a friend or family member using Skype or FaceTime, then you’ll have no problem with on-line counseling. Minimum requirements include a private quite space for meetings. 

Advantages to online counseling include; convenience, no travel time, access to a therapists in remote areas, accessibility for those with physical limitations.
